/Digital Marketing Specialist

 

You:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Digital Marketing or Analyst role.
  • Google Certified (Search, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification).
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRO, remarketing/retargeting, audience building,and campaign structures.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Have experience managing high-budget national/international paid media accounts.
  • Passion for visualizing data in an approachable and design-conscious manner.
  • Self-motivated learner who is adept at creative problem solving.
  • Have experience with data visualization in at least one of the following tools:  Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO concepts is advantageous.
  • Having experience in other paid media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc) is advantageous.

 
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of client data, identify actionable user insights and create action focused  reports.
  • Monitor and optimize multiple paid media accounts and deliver regular spend and performance reports.
  • Conduct competitive and market trend analyses.
  • Build and maintain high performance paid media advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing conversion rate optimization.
  • Self-manage building  PPC and Social Advertising Accounts including (but not limited to): Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Day to day management of paid search campaigns, bid strategies, spend and optimization efforts across various search engines to ensure KPIs are met in alignment with stated objectives.
  • Manage ongoing account optimization: structure improvements, targeting improvements (geo, demographic, dayparting, keyword, and URL), search query mining, keyword expansion, advanced use of negative keywords, copy and landing page testing, campaign and general A/B testing.
  • Ensuring all campaigns, projects and conversions are properly checked and tracked through Google Analytics or equivalent data platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and test new strategies.
  • Conducts competitive analysis, prepare reports on findings, and share the results to keep the team informed on performance, optimization, and overall results.
  • Assist cross-functional teams to develop and evolve ideas to bring together business goals, retailer objectives and consumer needs.

/Social Media Specialist

 

You:

  • 1+ relevant social media marketing experience, background in communications an asset.
  • Have a holistic point of view and can think big picture.
  • Have experience building out a brand and content strategy through social media.
  • Have excellent communication and presentations skills.
  • Eager to identify untapped opportunities and motivated to push the envelope.
  • You are excited about the idea of immersing yourself in marketing strategy in a variety of industries.
  • Understands analytics and are comfortable developing KPIs across channels.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and prefers a dynamic team environment.
  • Proven experience in project management - excellent at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight timelines.
  • The desire for constant self-improvement (goal-oriented).
  • Integrity is important to you.
  • Comfortable with occasional after-hours work.

 
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to General Manager and coordinates all service efforts with account managers.
  • Coach, develop and manage social media team members.
  • Support the vision and growth of Archive’s social media services.
  • Develop an overall social media channel strategy, championing the development of our clients' brand across all social channels and building out an annual and long term social media road map; bringing life to campaign strategies.
  • Analyze client’s social media performance and how they stack against industry benchmarks.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop omnichannel strategies that ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience for online community members.
  • Responsible for innovation of social channels, constantly evolving, checking, adjusting, and tweaking clients’ social media strategy.
  • Work closely with paid social lead, involved with ads and campaign strategy.
  • Manage, grow & add value in all client-facing communication.
  • Set annual KPIs and maintain monthly KPI reporting, develop annual objectives and measurable KPIs for social media channels.

    /Intermediate WordPress Developer (Full Stack)

     

    You:

    • 4 or more years of Web Development experience – minimum 3 years of hands on experience with WordPress
    • Proficient in front-end and back end (Full Stack)
    • Post Secondary degree in a related field of study 
    • Advanced user of WordPress as a platform (Development driven by theme + plugins; custom development using the best practice)
    • Familiar /w Web design trends, layout and web asset requirements
    • Comfortable with HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Vanilla JavaScript / jQuery
    • Comfortable user of MySQL relational database
    • Intermediate user of one or more MVC PHP Frameworks
    • Comfortable with cPanel
    • Proficient in REST
    • Knowledge in Apache/PHP configuration
    • Basic Linux server administration
    • Experience creating multilingual sites
    • Version control (ie. GITHUB, bit bucket)
    • Eye for UI / UX effectiveness
    • Performance optimization for modern applications and browsers
    • Ensuring cross-browser compatibility across a variety of supported browsers

      /Digital Project Manager

       

      You:

      • Bring a minimum of 3 years experience within a Project Management role, with 1 year working within the digital advertising space. 
      • Provide end-to-end project management.
      • Scope project requirements and prepare budgets.
      • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
      • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
      • Comfortable discussing budgets, costs and estimating additional/ new services.
      • Strive to put people first and bring deep empathy to the stakeholders you work with. 
      • Balance client concerns and requests with realistic timelines, prioritization and scope control.
      • Translate complex technical ideas and functionalities with ease.
      • Experience with Zoho One, and Acoustic is a bonus but not mandatory.
      • Experience within the education and travel industry is a bonus.

      Your Key Responsibilities:

      • Work with the team to create, maintain and update the project roadmap and strategy.
      • Develops clear metrics to track that inform team capacity and project budget overages or shrinkages. Reviewed in weekly sprint kickoffs as needed. 
      • Build and document process for team efficiency, always looking for areas that can be optimized or templated. 
      • Conceptualize long term strategies / standard operating procedures for project management and technical teamwork. 
      • Anticipate potential scope issues and proactively address internally and with clients. 
      • Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues.
      • Estimates evaluation and pricing recommendations for the business development team.
      • Lead discussions and decisions around project scope and requirements prioritization.
      • Encourage and facilitate strong project communication with your team using collaboration tools and in-person meetings
      • Participate in the overall improvement efforts of the project management flow by seeking opportunities for feedback and development.
      • Play an active role scheduling and leading all stakeholder meetings including kickoff, onboarding, and offboarding meetings. 
      • Oversee reporting structures and client meetings. 
      • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks (Sprint Groom Planning/Zoho Project).
      • Collaborate and communicate regularly with internal team leads on project resourcing, progress, and challenges.
      • Facilitate presentation of milestones/deliverables to the client.
      • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are kept up to date and keeping the team on schedule. 
      • Task management within Zoho Project, with due dates, assigned teams, and overall project structure.
      • Reviews all tasks on a daily/weekly basis, ensuring team members have an oversight of what tasks are upcoming and priority focus. 
      • Lead sprint structure and coordinating different project teams to be aligned for scheduled work. 
      • Establish and support positive work and stakeholder relationships.
      • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including:
        • Allocate appropriate resources
        • Review and update the project schedule
        • Plan and manage project timelines and budgets
        • Supervise and review work done by the project team
        • Maintain project documentation (as little as the team/client requires)
        • Interact closely with leaders and clients on any issues or questions that arise
